The MSCI China A Large Cap Provisional Index is designed to serve as reference tool to provide additional clarity regarding construction of the pro-forma MSCI China Index following the inclusion of A shares. The MSCI China A International Large Cap Provisional Index is based on the MSCI China A International Index, but excludes Mid Cap A shares, A shares suspended for more than 50 days in the past 12 months and A shares that are not accessible through the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Connect programs.
